Founded in June 2025 by Annanya Panagala, Ed.M. ’25, and Mateusz Firlej, MPH ’25, Wise AI was recently acquired by Theris AI, an AI-enabled behavioral telehealth and care delivery company. Wise AI was built to improve access to care through contactless health screening and monitoring technology, particularly for patients in remote and hard-to-reach settings. Theris AI provides behavioral health and care delivery infrastructure and services across multiple states, supporting complex patient populations, and participating in value-based care initiatives such as the ACCESS Model. Together, the teams aim to advance a more connected model of care for older adults and other high-need populations. Congratulations to Mateusz, Annanya, and the Wise AI team on this milestone!
