Every ~3 months the entire Maze team comes together in person. We're 100% remote which is great because it means we get to hire a ridiculously strong team. But, we know remote isn't perfect and put a lot of emphasis on working closely together, with in-person meetups being a big part of that. Last week we got together in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 to plan and hang out. The team had grown a bit since our last off-site! For around half the group it was their first off-site with us and it was also the first time we were big enough to split up into different teams for planning. With so many new faces, it could easily have been chaos, but everyone took it in their stride. So impressed by this group. We came away with some ridiculously exciting plans too - more on this soon... A warmer destination next time 🙏
