I am delighted to share an 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 in my professional journey. After serving as 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗦𝗩/𝗗𝗜, I was entrusted with the role of 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 effective 1 May, 2026. Today, I am honored to announce that, effective 2 June, I have been appointed as 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿) at Takeda in Deutschland - Singen. I am grateful for the trust and confidence placed in me by the Site Leadership Team at 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗮-𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻 especially Anton Gerdenitsch, Carola Bleeker, and Gordon Benndorf. This opportunity reflects not only my personal growth but also the 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of the exceptional colleagues and teams I have had the privilege to work with. A sincere thank you to my mentors especially Bardo Bierhoff and Juergen Wilhelm, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 who have contributed to this achievement. I would like to appreciate and thank Isabella Schober for organizing a smooth handover process. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Helge Zurmühlen and their team for conducting a transparent and fair recruitment process. Over the years, I have learned that leadership is about 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗳𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, and creating an environment where everyone can succeed.
