Meet The Team: Quoting Lead ☕📐 Helping customers get the best pricing and lead times possible is Nicole Sorensen, Quoting Lead at Harcourt Industrial. Nicole works closely with nearly every department in the company to keep projects moving efficiently and accurately. While many people may think quoting is just numbers and spreadsheets, a large part of her role involves reviewing technical prints and helping bridge the gap between customer requirements and production realities. When asked to describe Harcourt in one word, Nicole chose “tenacious". A reflection of the team’s mindset to never give up and always find a way forward. She also says the team’s energy is what makes coming into work enjoyable every day.
