Proud to see how our vision became reality and how the cbs spirit continues to thrive. 🧡 ⸻ 🧡30 Years of cbs – A Very Special Reunion Almost 1,000 employees of cbs Corporate Business Solutions came together to celebrate the company’s 30th anniversary – and I had the great pleasure of being part of it. After stepping down as CEO nearly four years ago, it truly felt like coming home. It was an incredible joy to see so many familiar faces again – and to meet new “cbslers.” We spent days and nights reminiscing, laughing, and sharing stories. In my speech at Son Amar, I had the opportunity to look back at the early days of cbs – at our vision and strategy back then. And today I can proudly say: ➡️ Our strategy worked. ➡️ Our vision became reality. But the most important thing then, as now, is: “Corporate culture eats strategy for breakfast.” What truly made us strong is our unique corporate culture – created by the people who work, lead, and grow within cbs. So today, I especially want to thank those who, in the early years, built the foundation for this extraordinary culture, refined it over time, and passed it on to the next generations.
