February Recap: Agreement with ZIM, Ship Green with DSV & the Gemini Network ⚓🌱 ➡️ Agreement signed with ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Hapag-Lloyd signed an agreement under which it will acquire 100% of ZIM’s shares. The completion of the envisaged transaction is subject to approval by ZIM's shareholders and the relevant regulatory authorities. ➡️ Ship Green framework agreement with DSV Hapag-Lloyd and DSV signed a two-year Ship Green framework agreement covering 18,000 tonnes CO₂e of Scope 3 emission reductions through the use of sustainable marine fuels starting in 2026. ➡️ Gemini network maintains strong reliability One year after its launch, the Gemini network continues to deliver industry-leading schedule reliability of minimum 90 percent.
