With a large employee festival, we celebrated our 125th anniversary at our headquarters in Schiltach last weekend! 🎉 The company grounds were transformed into a festival site. More than 5,000 employees and their families enjoyed a diverse program featuring interactive activities, culinary offerings from local associations, and insights into the new permanent exhibition on our company’s history, “Hansgrohe. Setting the Beat of Water. Since 1901.” at the modernized Aquademie, our visitor center. Musical highlights were provided by Stereolines, Zweierpasch, The Voice of Germany winner Malou Lovis, and the German band Revolverheld. A particularly moving moment was the announcement by Schiltach’s mayor, Thomas Haas: Auestraße, home to our headquarters, will be renamed Klaus-Grohe-Straße. In doing so, the town honors the legacy of the honorary citizen, who passed away in January and was the youngest son of our company’s founder. Klaus Grohe’s understanding of progress—rooted in values and a sense of community—continues to shape our company to this day. Our CEO Hans Juergen Kalmbach also picked up on this theme in his address to our employees: “125 years—that’s a remarkable legacy. We will shape the next chapter together: with joy, team spirit, and the ambition to get a little better every day. Let’s continue along the Hansgrohe path with the same passion and unconventional spirit as the generations before us—with dedication, courage, and responsibility.” A heartfelt thank you to all employees, artists, partners, supporters, and guests who celebrated with us. You made this day truly unforgettable!
