After six impactful years as Service Management & Operations Manager at Inter IKEA Group, I’ve made the decision to move on and explore new challenges. When I stepped into the role in 2020, the ambition was clear, to build a modern, scalable foundation for how IT services are delivered and supported across the IKEA value chain. Today, that foundation is in place. Together with many great colleagues and partners, we have established a global IT Service Desk, strengthened our Service Management capabilities, implemented a unified ServiceNow platform, and transformed how we collaborate across a complex, global landscape. I feel both proud and grateful for the journey and the opportunities I’ve had along the way. With the new Technology & Platform organisation going live, and the core capabilities now established, this feels like a natural point in time for me to take the next step. I’m now exploring opportunities where I can use my experience and strengths to create tangible business value, through transformation, clarity in complex environments, and enabling organisations to operate more effectively.
