https://lnkd.in/eiaT6ZsC I cannot let September close without adding my voice to others, this month, who have appreciated, recognised and benefitted from the inspirational bravery and courage of two incredible sisters from Donegal: Paula and Margaret Martin. It was my honour to be invited to work with Paula and Margaret this summer, through the collaborative approach of their lawyer: Dariona Conlon, responding so positively to the invitation of Edward Gleeson legally representing the Diocese of Raphoe. Edward Gleeson brought an enlightened approach to creating, through a carefully designed, confidential facilitated process - the necessary conditions for expression, listening, dialogue, mutual respect and understanding of difference; resulting in apology and social justice. In designing, conducting and facilitating the process, may I also recognise the courage, compassion and integrity of Monsignor Kevin Gillespie: Diocesan Administrator of Raphoe, who with other senior member of the clergy, entered into the facilitated dialogue process in such a respectful and thoughtful way. With care, attention and responsiveness - throughout. It was my privilege to work with all in co creating the outcome that was achieved. I hope that as a result of all of our work and efforts - others will benefit. I could not have completed the work without the benefit of all I have learned and discovered about Nancy Kline's profound work in Time to Think Ltd, from Ruth McCarthy Christopher Dunne Mary Pyne Rachel Doogue Barbara Patton ★ ★ Fiona Keane Deirdre Coghlan-Murray
