After an unforgettable journey, it’s time to close a very special chapter with The LEGO Group. From joining the Dubai office in 2019 through the end of 2025, this period represented a defining phase of transformation — for the organization, the region, and for me personally. It was a time of navigating complexity, strengthening foundations, and building scalable commercial and operational capabilities across a diverse and fast-evolving landscape. I am grateful for the trust placed in me, the leadership teams who consistently challenged and supported progress, and the colleagues and partners whose collaboration made meaningful impact possible. Together, we delivered growth, advanced strategic priorities, and helped position the business for long-term success. The LEGO Group is more than a company — it’s a culture built on trust, creativity, and shared purpose. I’m proud of what's been achieved and grateful for the friendships and memories that will stay with me long after this chapter closes.
