Today I had the pleasure to interview the Lebanese MP Fouad Makhzoumi, discussing the deterioration of the political, economic, social, and health conditions in Lebanon and how to reform and rehabilitate the financial situation. Fouad Makhzoumi is a Lebanese billionaire businessman. He is an independent member of the Lebanese Parliament and a potential candidate for prime minister. Mr. Makhzoumi, a Commander of the Order of Merit of Italy, has received many international trophies and awards. His Future Pipe Industries Group is a world leader in the manufacturing of composite pipes. Mr. Makhzoumi is the founder of the National Dialogue Party in Lebanon, geared to improving the social and economic lives of the Lebanese people and the development of their sense of belonging and patriotism. He is an accomplished lecturer in international fora and a reference on Middle Eastern Politics. Mr. Makhzoumi is also a philanthropist.
