After 6 unforgettable years, I’m wrapping up my journey as an AI-Solutions Manager at Red Buffer! What began as an AI intern role turned into six years filled with growth, confidence, mistakes, laughter, product wins, and friendships that’ll last a lifetime! Red Buffer gave me the space to not only grow technically but also evolve personally. I had the opportunity to experiment, lead, learn, and even kick off a small welfare initiative, something I’ll always be proud of and incredibly grateful for, especially because of the support I received from the team & Aqsa Kausar. This company truly understands what it means to value its people, offering real work-life balance, trust, and respect. If you’re someone who wants to grow and be treated like a human being in tech, RB is the place to be. A heartfelt thank you to the entire leadership team, especially Tayyab Tariq & Shahqaan Qasim, and all my amazing colleagues, you guys made my time at Red Buffer truly memorable.
