Halozyme and Oruka Therapeutics have announced a global exclusive collaboration and license agreement for the use of Halozyme’s Hypercon™ technology with ORKA‑001, a program in development for psoriasis and related inflammatory diseases, and up to one additional target. Hypercon™ is a microparticle technology designed to enable higher drug concentration, with the potential to reduce subcutaneous injection volume and support more patient‑friendly administration. Under the agreement, Oruka receives exclusive rights for IL‑23p19 in psoriatic disease and an option for one additional target. Halozyme is eligible for upfront, milestone and royalty payments.
