Our Chief Data and AI Officer, Richard Moule, spoke at London Tech Week Week last week, on how Haleon is using AI to transform into a world-class consumer company. At Haleon, we’re focused on embedding AI into how we operate. We’re applying it to real business challenges and building the capabilities and skills to deliver for consumers at scale. Looking at how we’re embedding AI across our organisation, Richard, said: ‘We're reimagining the business, we're reimagining how we could recreate it with AI at its core, embedded end to end across the organization - which it very much already is in many respects.’ Richard spoke about how we're investing a lot of time upskilling everybody across Haleon, including our executive team. According to Richard: ‘We've set up something called DataCamp, which is the best example of learning modules for everybody in the organization. I genuinely believe the future is about an augmented workforce. It's about people with new skills, and I think what you're going to see down the line is that people's jobs will change; they will have blended skill sets…. those skill sets can be taught in a relatively generic way, so you can teach them to everybody and they can then apply them to their part of the organization.’ We’re bringing together technology and talent to unlock real business benefits through AI, to better serve consumers every day. #LondonTechWeek #ArtificialIntelligence #FutureOfWork #Haleon #BetterEveryDayHealth
