From supporting young people and their whānau on the ground at events like the Halberg Games, to developing new resources for the CoachMate app, James is dedicated to amplifying voices that are too often unheard. His advocacy became even more personal when his son, Jonty, was diagnosed with a rare neurodevelopmental condition.
