As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to support retail sales and service leads, strengthen brand awareness in the Haitian market, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: -     Design and execute marketing campaigns to support retail sales and service leads, including digital, social media, and event-based initiatives. -     Strengthen brand awareness in the Haitian market through targeted marketing initiatives, public relations, and community engagement. -     Work closely with the CRM Manager to generate leads through digital campaigns, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts. -     Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring brand reputation. -     Plan and execute promotions and events to drive sales, build brand awareness, and foster customer loyalty. -     Analyze marketing performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: -     Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field -     Prior experience in marketing, preferably in a related industry, is desirable. -     Excellent communication, writing, and design skills -     Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure marketing performance, and provide insights for improvement. -     Creativity and Innovation with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique marketing initiatives.
