AI governance conversations tend to focus on compliance: policies, frameworks, controls, and regulations. These things are important, but they don't answer a more practical question: ➡️ Can people apply them consistently when AI becomes part of everyday work? A policy can define what is allowed. But it’s not enough to prepare a manager to challenge an AI recommendation, help a team identify unintended consequences, or create accountability when decisions involve both humans and machines. AI readiness is becoming as much a leadership issue as a technology issue. Moving fast requires people across all levels of the organization to build the habits, skills, and operating discipline to use AI responsibly at scale. Governance is capability. And it takes time to build it. Thanks to Jo Jakovljevic (Chief People Officer - USA and Canada, Meest Group), Janine Yancey (CEO, Emtrain), Marco Moragón (Director, Public Policy, Workday), and Kimberly Nelson-Wright (Co-Founder & CEO | Fractional COO @PreFlight AI™) for this insightful discussion at the AI Experience Summit. 💬 How is your organization moving beyond AI policies and turning governance into day-to-day practice? #AIExperienceSummit #AIGovernance #ResponsibleAI #AITransformation #FutureOfWork #HRLeadership #Leadership #AIStrategy #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfHR
