Most TA teams now spend more of their week sifting than interviewing. The math hasn't been working for anyone. Recruiters spend most of their week on inbound that won't convert. Candidates send hundreds of applications, not knowing whether the roles they are after are actually a good fit. Archer flips that. For recruiters, it means hours back every week to spend on candidates who actually match what you're hiring for. For jobseekers, it also means a better shot at being seen for roles you actually fit, instead of disappearing into a pile. We love seeing the DXC team get hours of their week back. 🩷
