At our 𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆, degrees were officially conferred upon the exceptional graduates of the 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗗𝗦𝗦𝗘) and the 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀, 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗔𝗛𝗦𝗦). In his address, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗛. 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗯 expressed deep gratitude for the foundational legacy of the university, stating that he assumes his new responsibilities "with humility and deep respect for those who came before me." He emphasized the personal and institutional weight of succeeding his uncle, 𝗠𝗿.𝗥𝗮𝗳𝗶𝗾 𝗠. 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗯, whose original vision "gave birth to this remarkable institution," calling the opportunity "both an honour and a profound responsibility." In a moment of immense pride, we also celebrate 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵 (𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆, 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲), who was awarded the prestigious 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝗵𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹, the university’s highest honour, for her outstanding academic brilliance and community leadership. 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗠𝗿.
