Your part is sitting at an angle on the table. Most machinists re-fixture it. The ones who know G68 don't. G68 is a coordinate rotation command. You tell the machine the angle your part is sitting at, and it rotates the entire work coordinate system to match. Your program runs as if the part was perfectly square. No refixturing. No reposting from CAM. Just one line of G-code. Pair it with the Wireless Intuitive Probing System (WIPS) and the machine can measure the angle automatically, then apply G68 in the same cycle. If you're not using G68, you're spending time on a problem the Haas control has already solved.
