𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀. 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆. This system was designed and built by HAANE for installing structural support rings into large pipe segments. These rings are welded into the pipe to provide structural reinforcement. ⚙️ A key feature of the design: Both sides of each ring are welded simultaneously using submerged arc welding (SAW). This requires a well-coordinated machine movement at this scale. Each system is developed based on the requirements of the application. After a successful FAT, the machine is already on its way to our customer.
