Our associate-led Belonging Group, Elevate, celebrated Juneteenth with peers from across the company at our Kansas City headquarters. The energy was special, honoring community and culture with a showcase of local Black-owned businesses, line dancing that moved with the rhythm of tradition and collective joy, and history sharing between other belonging groups.   To commemorate this holiday, associates rallied behind a donation drive to SparkWheel, an organization that supports students with resources and helps remove barriers to opportunity. Together, we’re supporting the delivery of 1,000 loads of clean laundry for families in need.   At H&R Block, belonging isn't a program, it's a practice, and moments like this are a reminder of what it looks like when associates show up fully and authentically for one another.   #Juneteenth #HRBlock #Elevate #Belonging
