Amsterdam’da biyo bazlı yeni konut dokusu HOH Architecten tarafından tasarlanan Switi, 2026 yılında Hollanda’nın Amsterdam Zuidoost bölgesindeki Kelbergen mahallesinde hayata geçiriliyor. Alçak katlı konutlar ve bir konut kulesinden oluşan proje, mevcut kanal çevresindeki yerleşim ilişkisini yeniden kurarak suyu mahalleyi ayıran bir sınırdan, eski ve yeni doku arasında bağ kuran bir kamusal öğeye dönüştürüyor. Temelleri hariç biyo bazlı malzemelerle inşa edilen Switi’de CLT taşıyıcı sistem, ahşap elyaf yalıtım ve bambu cephe kaplaması kullanılıyor. Esnek plan kurgusu, cephe içine alınmış yarı açık teraslar ve parkla kurulan ilişki sayesinde proje, Kelbergen’in yalnızca fiziksel değil, sosyal sürekliliğini de destekleyen bir konut genişlemesi olarak konumlanıyor. __ A New Bio-Based Residential Fabric in Amsterdam Designed by HOH Architecten, Switi is set to be realized in 2026 in the Kelbergen neighborhood of Amsterdam Zuidoost, the Netherlands. Comprising low-rise residential buildings and a residential tower, the project redefines the relationship with the existing canal-side settlement, transforming the water from a boundary that divides the neighborhood into a public element that connects the old and new fabric. Built with bio-based materials—excluding the foundations—Switi utilizes a CLT structural system, wood fiber insulation, and bamboo facade cladding. Thanks to its flexible floor plan, semi-open terraces integrated into the facade, and its connection to the park, the project positions itself as a residential expansion that supports not only the physical but also the social continuity of Kelbergen.
