Last week we brought the whole company together for our annual meeting. This is always a welcome opportunity for teams to catch up over a bacon sandwich or a French pastry before settling in for the meeting. Our Managing Director, Andrew Kitching, reflected on the year and on the continued collaboration with Draper, Inc. as our partnership evolves. Damon Pooley, our Sales Director, walked us through the landscape of 2025 and the outlook for the year ahead, while our Technical Director, Phil Jackson CEng MIMechE, shared the engineering team’s progress across R&D. We also heard the positive feedback received from our customers. Each note of appreciation reinforces what matters most to us: intelligent solutions delivered with precision.
