🔬 What makes a great laboratory course truly impactful? Not slides. Not theory. But real exchange, real practice, and real people. The past few days at the Stiftung für Pathobiochemie und Molekulare Diagnostik - Referenzinstitut für Bioanalytik reminded me exactly of that. Our second on-site microscopy course was once again fully booked – and the feedback from participants was outstanding. A big reason for this success: 👉 Dr. Heinz Diem (Würmtallabor) – delivering not just knowledge, but practical insight you can immediately apply at the microscope. 👉 Supported perfectly by Olga Grüssmer, creating a highly interactive and engaging learning environment. 💡 What stood out: Hands-on tips & tricks directly at the microscope Open discussion of real-life challenges from daily lab work Strong interaction instead of passive listening Participants from across Germany – bringing diverse perspectives and enriching the dialogue This is exactly what we stand for at Stiftung für Pathobiochemie und Molekulare Diagnostik - Referenzinstitut für Bioanalytik: Quality that goes beyond compliance – and creates real value for laboratories. 🙏 My sincere thanks to everyone who made this possible: On-site: Stefanie Gemein | Anja Kessler| Dr. Sascha Neumann | Anna Bode Preparation: Nina Beyer | Vanessa Dietrich And of course: thank you to all participants – for your trust, openness and the inspiring exchange. 🌆 And because strong networks are built beyond the classroom: Our “night watchman tour” through Bonn on Saturday evening added a special dimension – combining history, stories and informal conversations. 👉 Because in the end: Knowledge connects. Conversation builds trust. And trust drives quality in healthcare. Looking forward to the next course. #RfB #LaboratoryMedicine #QualityMatters #Microscopy #HealthcareExcellence #EQA #MedicalLaboratory #ContinuousEducation #Bonn #Networking
