I'm usually not very active or visible on LinkedIn, but this milestone deserves a few words. I'm proud to announce this new chapter and the launch of our European Hub in Barcelona (since may 2025), an ambitious initiative designed to better support our clients across Europe through an international organization of more than 80 professionals. As with any project of this scale, the journey hasn't always been easy. Building an international organization, aligning multiple markets, bringing teams together around a shared vision, and driving growth across Europe comes with its fair share of challenges. That's also what makes this adventure so rewarding. None of this would have been possible without the incredible people who have supported me throughout the years. A huge thank you to Thomas Henault for the trust he placed in me back in 2016 and for his continuous support and guidance throughout my professional development. Thank you to Adrien Le Marhadour and Alex Henniker, with whom I had the opportunity to open the Barcelona office in 2018. An experience that marked a turning point in my career and helped lay the foundations for what we are building today. Thank you to Charlotte Bautes, an incredible partner in launching this European Hub. Her energy, expertise, and daily support have been instrumental in bringing this project to life. A special thank you to Paul Briggs, my mentor and manager since 2018, for his unwavering trust, guidance, and support. This is only the beginning. Thank you as well to Zoë Morris and James Lloyd-Townshend for the confidence they have placed in me and in this strategic initiative.
