Six months into my Executive MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management , and my biggest takeaways haven’t come from the classroom. Three lessons that will stay with me: • Move beyond the checkbox. If it’s worth doing, do it with passion and conviction. If not, don’t do it at all. • Success is a team sport. Behind every meaningful achievement there is a network of people who challenge, support, and elevate you. Never take them for granted. Ensure they know how meaningful are their contributions. • Enjoy the journey, but protect the destination. Embrace the experience, maintain perspective, and never lose sight of what matters most. Grateful for the learning, the people, and the perspective gained so far. Looking forward to what the next six months will bring.
