Hornsby Heights Public School recently had a lesson about Guide Dogs and the experiences of people with low vision and blindness. Lived Experience Presenter and Co-ordinator Karlee Symonds with her Guide Dog, Isla and Community Mobiliser Katie Silverman, presented to Kindergarten through to Year Two students and were thrilled to see how engaged the students were during the presentation.
