This week, I celebrate few of the remarkable women who shaped my professional journey. Today’s tribute is to Chris Goossens, former SVP Europe Customer Experience at FedEx. Chris was a true pioneer of what great Customer Experience really means. From her I learned that outstanding CE is not only about solving problems quickly, but about preventing them, measuring their impact, and understanding how customer experience directly connects to the cost of poor quality. Her leadership set a standard that influenced how many of us think about service excellence, first at TNT and later at FedEx.
