A translational mouse model of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) must faithfully capture the key metabolic, biochemical, histopathological, and molecular hallmarks of the human disease - and critically, demonstrate predictive validity through consistent responses to clinically effective therapies. We’re pleased to share that our GAN DIO-MASH and GAN DIO-MASH-HCC models have been highlighted in a recent review published in Nature Reviews Gastroenterology & Hepatology. Designed to closely recapitulate disease progression from MASH to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), these models enable more predictive, translationally relevant research - helping to advance drug development. - Explore our GAN DIO-MASH model portfolio here: https://lnkd.in/exij4MZg - Read the Nature Reviews article here: https://lnkd.in/gZwUBGGg #MASH #MASHResearch #PreclinicalResearch #NatureReviews #TranslationalScience
