How often does work pause for love? Last Friday, it did, even at 39 °C, when our team gathered to surprise our colleague Madeleine at her wedding. Armed with flowers and smiles, we formed a traditional German “flower trellis” on the steps of the registry office, a small ritual that symbolizes good wishes and a bright start into marriage. Daily tasks stood still for a while. What mattered was celebrating together, sharing laughter, and giving our heartfelt congratulations in person. Because at GTM, teamwork doesn’t end after work.
