GS E&C Welcomes Employees’ Families to “Gran Open Day” 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 “Visiting the office today made me even prouder of my dad.” In celebration of Family Month in May, GS E&C hosted “Gran Open Day” at its headquarters in Gran Seoul, inviting around 200 employees and their family members to experience the workplace together. The event was designed to help employees’ children better understand where their parents work and to create meaningful moments for families. Various hands-on programs were offered throughout the headquarters, including a safety equipment experience zone, caricature drawing, terrarium making, and children’s activities at the Sky Garden rooftop park. Families also enjoyed a special meal together at the company cafeteria. At GS E&C, we believe that safety and quality ultimately come from people and organizational culture. By fostering a family-friendly and flexible workplace, we aim to strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and sustainable organizational competitiveness. GS E&C has long been committed to family-friendly management. In 2010, we became the first company in the Korean construction industry to establish an in-house daycare center, which continues to operate today. We have also expanded practical support programs across pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare, including support for fertility treatments and postpartum care.
