Engineering resilience starts beneath the surface 🌍 How do soil, structures and seismic forces interact when safety truly matters? From 1 to 3 July 2026, Gruner Stucky Ltd will be present at the 2026 International Conference on Computational Dynamic Soil-Structure Interaction – CompDSSI in Riva del Garda, Italy. The conference focuses on advanced numerical approaches for analysing the dynamic response of soil-structure systems and their role in protecting civil engineering structures against natural hazards. For Gruner, this topic is closely connected to our work in hydropower, dams and seismic safety. We are proud that Dr.  Domenico Gallese, PhD is part of the Organising Committee, representing Gruner within an international expert community. On July 3, 2026, Dr. Alban Kita  will present the paper: "Seismic Safety Assessment of a Double-Curvature Arch Dam through Progressively Non-linear Time-History Analyses."
