Stress can be managed in many ways, but awareness is the first step 💙 April is Stress Awareness Month. At Grundfos, we strive to ensure that well‑being is part of how we work, connect, and lead every day. Through our well‑being framework, we focus on creating the right conditions to prevent and manage stress in the daily work lives of our colleagues. "We believe well‑being starts with acknowledging reality, including the fact that stress is part of our lives, and that some days it feels heavier than others. Feeling overwhelmed doesn’t signal failure; it reminds us that we’re human. With greater awareness, small acts of self‑care, and the support we offer each other, stress becomes something we can navigate together", says Zsuzsa Nyolczas, Senior Well‑being Specialist. For us, well‑being means being able to handle everyday challenges while feeling safe, engaged, and fulfilled.
