This has eliminated around 9,500 phantom alerts every month, helping teams focus on what truly matters. With 95% accuracy, this shift from reactive monitoring to proactive intelligence has helped prevent incidents before they occur, driving a 50% year‑on‑year reduction in storm‑spill events. A clear demonstration of how low‑cost, precision‑driven AI can strengthen system performance and resilience.
