The importance of standing with the LGBTQ+ community continues all year round. Throughout June, colleagues across Grünenthal joined conversations and local activities that encouraged reflection, learning and allyship. These moments were a reminder that inclusion is not limited to one month – it is shaped by everyday choices, behaviours and the spaces we create for people to be seen, heard and respected. Supporting the LGBTQ+ community means staying curious, listening with openness, challenging assumptions and helping build environments where everyone can feel safe to be themselves. Thank you to everyone who took part in, and helped to organise, this year’s Pride activities throughout June and beyond.
