𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲: 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗮 𝗠𝗚𝗢 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗘𝗭 🧵 Last Friday, we were pleased to welcome Alpaca MGO to our Technology and Development Center (TEZ). 🤝 Together, we ran initial trials to explore how end-of-life alpaca-fiber garments can be brought back into the textile loop. 🌍 At the heart of the project was one key question: ➡️ How can materials from existing products be processed and prepared for new applications – whether in apparel, accessories or other textile solutions? The trials delivered very encouraging results. ✅ We were able to test different approaches and gain valuable first insights into how residual materials can be further processed and repurposed for new products.
