Today, we got to do something we don't take for granted — celebrate in person. Growth Operators attended the 2026 The Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces awards ceremony, where we were honored for the 3rd consecutive year as a Top Workplace ranked #41 among top small companies (50–149 employees) and #1 in Business Services in our category. We also received the Culture Excellence Award, recognizing organizations that go beyond the basics to build workplaces where people genuinely thrive. In its 17th year, The Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces program remains one of the most meaningful recognitions in Minnesota because it's not self-nominated or judged by a panel. It comes entirely from employee feedback. That makes it real. Representing Growth Operators at the ceremony were Lindsay Schneider, Heidi DeSautel Lang, Carrie Cunnington, Susan Smith, and one of the best moments of the day? Watching our client, Luminate Bank, receive its recognition as well. That's what it looks like when great cultures extend beyond your own walls. Here's what we want to say plainly: this award doesn't belong to a program or a policy. It belongs to our team, the Growth Pros, who roll up their sleeves and show up every day with integrity, care, and a genuine investment in each other's success and in clients' success. They are the culture. The Minnesota Star Tribune partners with Energage to survey employees across Minnesota. This year, over 10,527 organizations were invited to participate, and more than 183,000 employees were surveyed. #TopWorkplaces #MNWorkplaces #GrowthOperators #CultureExcellence #StarTribune #MinnesotaBusiness #BusinessServices #PeopleFirst #EmployeeEngagement #WorkplaceCulture
