🧠Stress quietens the parts of the brain you need to learn. When cortisol rises, two regions take the hit. The prefrontal cortex — where attention, focus and decision-making live. The hippocampus — where new memories are formed and old ones retrieved. Both go quiet under stress. So a learner sitting through training in a stressed state isn't choosing not to engage. The brain is rationing the very systems that learning depends on. The fix isn't more content. It's better conditions. #Neurogogy #LearningScience #LandD #Neuroscience
