Next Gen on the floor! Manufacturing just got a new one. That's my son Andrew Payne… six weeks between graduation from THE Oklahoma State University and his next chapter starting…and he spent time at Hill Manufacturing & Fabrication studying more about the #MetalworkingNation. Networking. Learning. Listening. Getting reps. Asking the right questions. He's heading into manufacturing in his own way next month. A big way.
