🌍 For many years, we have considered the circular economy as an important lever to reduce our impact and strengthen our resilience. Over time, and through a number of pioneering initiatives, this approach has gradually influenced the way we design, produce and bring our products to market. As part of our 2024–2030 ESG roadmap, “Act for Better Living,” we are accelerating our transformation toward a more sustainable and circular model. ♻️ Today, we are highlighting the progress achieved under our “Act as a leader for Circular Economy” pillar. This pillar focuses on accelerating circular practices across the entire product lifecycle, leveraging two complementary levers: 💡 Eco-design, to reduce environmental impact through durability, repairability, increased use of recycled materials, improved energy efficiency and eco-packaging. 🔧 Refurbishment models, to further extend product life by developing and scaling second-life solutions. In 2025, we delivered progress across several fronts : ♻️ We continued to increase the use of recycled materials, a key driver to lower emissions linked to raw material sourcing, preserve natural resources, reduce waste across the value chain. At the same time, our efforts on product energy efficiency are starting to deliver concrete results: reduced emissions during the use phase, meeting consumers’ expectations for energy savings. Building on our long-standing focus on durability, quality and repairability, we also expanded our circular business models with the deployment of refurbished offers in Small Domestic Equipment and Professional Coffee. These results strengthen our conviction that circularity is a powerful lever to transform our business, while we continue to accelerate our efforts to meet our 2030 ambitions.
