👨‍🍳 Quand une innovation devient un objet du patrimoine culinaire À travers l’exposition « La (R)évolution dans l’assiette », la Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin - Dijon retrace l’histoire des innovations qui ont transformé nos pratiques culinaires depuis les années 1920. Inaugurée le 9 juin en présenc des parrains de l’événement, Johanna Le Pape et Jean Paul JEUNET.
