🌍 From France to the United States: Louise Laroche-Joubert’s V.I.E journey How does a V.I.E experience shape an international career at Groupe SEB? For Louise, it meant stepping into a highly dynamic and competitive market, working closely with retailers, and gaining hands-on experience in product management for T-fal in the U.S. Over 18 months, she was immersed in a role combining strategic and operational responsibilities, managing product projects, driving innovation, and adapting to a fast-paced, retail-driven environment. 🤝 Today, she continues her journey within Groupe SEB, having secured a local position as an International Product Manager in New Jersey. 👏 A special shout-out to fellow V.I.Es who also experienced the U.S. adventure: @Etienne Michels (now locally hired in the U.S.), @Manon Prost (2025 testimony from Japan, now on a mission in Écully) and @Justine Savey (V.I.E completed). 🙏 Thanks as well to @Eliane Wong for her support in the U.S., and to @FURLAN Rodrigo Cedran and @ARIAS Brian, who support and recruit our V.I.E talents.
