Last week, a very special harmony resonated for ADEO. We brought together all 1 400 Store Directors and Executive Committee members from across all our companies for our International Meeting. Over the past years, a lot has changed. Customer expectations have evolved, global contexts have shifted, and new ways of working have emerged. However, one thing remains unchanged: our stores are the beating heart of our company. Every day, our Store Leaders and their teams bring our vision to life on the ground, and they embody what makes ADEO unique: a global ambition powered by local actions, adapted to the realities and needs of each community we serve. Over 2 intense and inspiring days, OrchestrALL provided an opportunity to share our ambitions, align on key priorities and equip our leaders with the instruments, tools and inspiration needed to set the tempo for performance alongside their teams. The ADEO International Meeting featured: • A clear view of our ambitions by Thomas BOURET, challenges and priorities, while highlighting the key transformations and evolutions shaping our future, •The sharing of the AFM’s vision by Barthélémy Guislain, and the strategic alignment of ADEO Group companies with this vision, presented by Pierre-Alain VIELVOYE, • 24 forum stands showcasing initiatives and best practices from our companies in stores, warehouses and internal services, • 8 Keynotes and 4 talks dedicated to leadership, customer experience, innovation and the future of retail, • 2 interventions by Etienne Thobois and Nicolas Krauze who showed us in their own way how to become a world-class conductor, • Countless opportunities for exchanges, learning and collective growth supported by live translation in 11 languages. This gathering was also a moment to celebrate the teams, projects and initiatives that help us achieve our ambitions while creating value for both our customers and teammates. But above all, it was a powerful reminder of what connects us beyond borders: the strength of our collective, the richness of our diversity and our shared commitment to making positive impacts. A reminder that within the ADEO orchestra, everyone has their own part to play.
