𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 – 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽-𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗘𝗦𝗚 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 💚  What happens when curiosity, initiative, and a shared sense of responsibility come together? Our ESG Week across the Group gave a clear answer: together, we can truly make a difference by inspiring one another and taking action.   Building on the momentum of our ENERGY Week earlier this spring, which focused on the topic of health at our Group headquarters, colleagues across all markets took the opportunity during ESG week to engage more deeply with sustainability, connecting individual actions with a broader purpose.  Across the Group, inspiring conversations met real initiative: from online sessions on the ESG approaches in different countries and departments and sustainable fashion to locally driven activities such as volunteering in a retirement home or an animal shelter. What stood out most was the strong sense of ownership and collaboration – showing that sustainability truly comes to life through people. A big thank you to everyone who contributed with such passion, and a special shoutout to our ESG colleagues for making it all happen. 🚀 Together, we’re shaping a more sustainable future in the beauty industry to #MakeLifeMoreBeautiful.
