We are pleased to welcome Mark McCardle as group.one's new Chief Financial Officer, joining us in Copenhagen from 1 June. Mark brings deep experience in financial leadership across global, subscription-driven businesses. Most recently at The Access Group, he helped steer the finance function through extensive acquisition volumes and scaling it to support a high-growth environment, now reaching £1.4bn revenue. That kind of hands-on experience across a fast-growing, multi-brand portfolio is exactly the grounding group.one needs as we continue to build. At the same time, we want to recognise Sara Fors, who steps down as CFO at the end of June. Sara played an important role in the merger that created group.one, and her contribution to shaping this company has been significant. We thank her sincerely for her leadership and wish her well.
