Günalp Uzun receives the GRAIT Award at EHA 2026 We are proud to recognize Günalp Uzun, MD (University Hospital Tübingen, Germany) as the 2025 GRAIT Award recipient for his research on immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), focusing on platelet desialylation and intracellular signaling pathways. The award was presented during the Grifols symposium at the #EHA2026 Congress in Stockholm, where experts discussed the immunomodulatory role of fostamatinib and its clinical application.     The Grifols Research Awards in Immune Thrombocytopenia (GRAIT) aim to foster scientific knowledge in ITP and deepen our understanding of SYK inhibition as a mechanism of action. Through this initiative, we support clinicians and researchers across Europe and the Middle East in improving the diagnosis and management of this condition.    In the field of immunoglobulins, Dr. Antoine Azar, representing a team comprising HEOR & RWE and Medical Affairs, presented the results of a retrospective observational study of nearly 1,000 patients with multiple myeloma treated with anti-BCMA bispecific antibodies. Additional scientific initiatives were also highlighted, including a Product Theater focused on preventing infections in patients with hematological cancer using immunoglobulins, featuring contributions from Dr. Helen Parry.    #EHA2026 #2025GRAITawards
