From hospital rooms to ocean rescue missions  At Vall d’Hebron and Sant Joan de Déu hospitals in Barcelona, young patients participated in ‘A Sea of Hope’, a program that brings marine conservation into the hospital through hands-on experiences.  Led by Fundación CRAM and supported by Grifols Social Initiatives, the project creates opportunities to learn, imagine and disconnect from daily routines during hospital stays.  Through interactive workshops, participants take on the role of a marine rescue team - rehabilitating sea turtles and exploring the impact of plastic pollution. Nearly 100 children have participated across 36 sessions from 2025–2026.  A way to transform hospital spaces into places for connection and curiosity.  #CRAM #ASeaOfHope #GrifolsSocialInitiatives
