An observation about multi-site portfolios that helps explain the savings opportunity: Small errors accumulate. A setpoint 2°F off at one site is annoying. The same 2°F off across 200 sites is a meaningful number on the P&L. A schedule that runs 15 minutes long at one location is a rounding error. Across the portfolio, it's hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Multi-site operations is an accumulation business.
