When we publish operational pieces like Wednesday's, the question we hear most often from operators is "this is great — but who actually does the work?" Fair question. The honest answer is: nobody, until they have the visibility to know what to do. Most multi-site facility teams have the capability. What they don't have is the information layer that tells them where, when, and on which equipment to act. The checklist is necessary.
